All My Puppies are Born & Raised in my Personal Home. Since we are license with the the State of PA we are now required to list new information on each litter page and with each puppy for sale.
Anyone selling in PA and is licensed is required to do the same. Not sure of the reasoning behind all of this but at least you can call the Dept. of Agriculture to make sure I am a legitimate person and your not dealing with a scammer. I have plenty of references from puppy customers and a vet reference if needed.
