MY POLICY ON MALE PUPS FOR BREEDERS:
Testicles must be down before pup can go.
If they are not down by 7-8 weeks, they may need extra time.
If they are not down by 10 weeks...a full refund is given.

DEPOSIT'S ARE $150.00 / NON-REFUNDABLE;
UNLESS THE PUPPY DOES NOT GET A CLEAN
BILL OF HEALTH AT THE VET VISIT.

Puppies receive a complete exam at 6-7 weeks by a
licenced vet consisting of:
eyes, ears, lungs, heart, hernia check, teeth alignment,
gum tissue color, skin and coat condition.
.
It is my policy, that if the puppy does not pass the
vet health check with a clean bill of health:
you may have a full refund of your deposit or
choose another puppy if one is available.

Should the vet find something wrong with a puppy,
it will be noted on the "puppy health check record"
and the puppy will be discounted in price accordingly.

I observe early on in the progress of each puppy.
Should I notice any concern of puppy development,
puppy will be taken to vet at that time,
and will not wait until the 6-7 week visit.

It is my goal and intent to produce healthy, happy puppies.
We do not over breed our female's. They are given their
proper rest and sit out times. They are pets first.

I de-worm my puppies at week 3,4,5,6,& 7 before leaving. This is
so important as it aids in proper weight gain and nicer coats.

Nursing Mother's are given calcium supplements along with their
vitamins and also de-wormed regularly.

ALL OF OUR DOGS, MALES & FEMALES & PUPPIES
ARE SUPPLEMENTED DAILY WITH VITAMINS!

OUR DOGS ARE HEALTHY FOR BREEDING PURPOSES
& CURRENT ON ALL VACCINES.
OUR ADULTS ARE NON- AGGRESSIVE.

THIS PHOTO IS A LITTLE DARK BUT SHOWS OUR LIVING ROOM SPACE FOR
OUR PUPPIES WHEN THEY ARE WEENED FROM THEIR MOTHER.
THEY HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM  FOR EATING, PLAYING AND POTTY PAD.
THEIR IS A SMALL CRATE UP FRONT BY THE PLAY AREA....THE DOOR IS
NEVER CLOSED, AND THEY HAVE THE FREEDOM TO GO IN AND OUT OF IT
TO SLEEP OR NAP AS THEY WISH.  THEY AUTOMATICALLY CHOOSE TO SLEEP
IN THE CRATE AS PUPPY'S & DOG'S LIKE THE "DEN" FEELING.
THIS HELPS WITH YOUR NEW PUPPY SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO CRATE TRAIN.
(The puppies are never forced to go in...nor do we ever close the door on them.)

The TV is on the right....it is so funny to see their expressions the first time
they "hear" someone talking on the TV or a dog barking!
Our love seat and couch are on other side and front end.
A big bay window is at far end so they can see "outside" and sunlight comes in
and warms them in the morning. They have toys to play with and chew sticks.
We watch them closely as they bring us lots of love and joy.
We hold them when we sit down on the couch or love seat.
